Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Case Manager Job
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed
Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: 2 years required; please refer
to job description for exceptions License: Valid WI License
required at the time of submission Certifications: BLS required;
AHA certifications required prior to start Must-Have: Flu Vaccine
(Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Job Description: - Work in Case
Management providing essential nursing services. - Follow a 5 Days
of RTO or less guideline, allowing only one major holiday. -
Commitment to working 2-3 weekends per 13-week contract. - Strong
communication skills and ability to collaborate within
multidisciplinary teams. - Experience with Cerner systems
preferred; previous users should specify experience. - Willingness
to float within the hospital when needed, depending on specialty
specifics. - Complete BID, CCAP, and WI caregiver requirements
promptly. - Participate in a mandatory 8-hour orientation. - Ensure
compliance with lab and background checks within specified
timeframes. Please note: Candidates must be flexible with
scheduling to meet lab compliance requirements post-signing the
contract.
