Position Summary

Summary of Position: Leads compliance efforts with regional college
accrediting body (Higher Learning Commission) ensuring the College
remains accredited. Coordinates college-wide continuous improvement
efforts and maintains effective linkages and alignment with
evaluation, planning, and budgeting processes. Facilitates work
system and work process refinement, documentation, and measurement.
Ensures the College's policies and procedures are effectively
established, communicated, maintained, reviewed, and aligned with
Western's equity work, mission, vision, values, strategic plan, and
regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions
1. Maintain and uphold the College values of Learning, Excellence,
Accountability, Diversity, Student Success, Teamwork, Integrity,
and Respect. Regular attendance is required.
2. Complete all required College training and responsible for
maintaining the skills necessary to complete the essential
functions of the position as defined by the department. Perform
other duties as assigned.
3. Student Success is the cornerstone of Western's culture and the
college may assign employees to other areas or additional duties to
foster this success.

This position reports to: Associate VP of Institutional
Effectiveness
Starting annual salary range based on education and experience:
$60,443 - $78,577
This position would include competitive salary, excellent benefits
