Job Description Job Description Job Title: Lathe Machinist Job Description As a Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up machines, and running parts on a CNC lathe. You will need to read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy in job execution, material selection, and part production. All machines used are Mori Seiki brands. Responsibilities Program and set up CNC lathe machines. Run parts on the CNC lathe. Read and interpret blueprints to determine job specifications and material requirements. Ensure precision and quality in machining operations. Essential Skills Proficiency in lathe operations and CNC machining. Ability to set up machines and read blueprints. Experience with CNC lathe and mill programming. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of Mori Seiki machines is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Work Environment Join our team on the 2nd shift, with flexible start times. You can start as early as 12 PM or as late as 4 PM, working 10-hour shifts. This flexibility allows for a better work-life balance while working on state-of-the-art Mori Seiki machines. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonie, WI.
