We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Engineer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical equipment, managing projects, and resolving any issues that arise. Your expertise in electrical safety management will further our commitment to providing a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of all electrical equipment, implementing regular checks and updates to ensure optimal performance. Develop and manage projects, coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget. Implement and enforce electrical safety management protocols, conducting regular audits and training sessions to ensure all staff are aware of safety procedures. Troubleshoot any issues that arise, working quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Collaborate with other engineers and technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement in our processes and outputs. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical engineering and manufacturing technologies, recommending upgrades and improvements where necessary. Prepare and present reports on equipment status, project progress, and any issues or recommendations. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in electrical equipment maintenance, project management, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of electrical safety management, with the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and work well under pressure. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. A team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers and technicians.
