Our passion is our people and helping you achieve your goals, one day at a time!The Role - What A Day In The Life Looks Like:As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for providing accounting functions to Nesnah Ventures and its subsidiary of businesses. Some tasks include:Daily/Weekly AccountingAP - daily & weeklyPost daily banking transactionsDaily EFT drafts & bank uploadsMaintain Accounting RecordsPerform vendor/supplier/carrier account reconciliationsConduct check printingMonitor ACH paymentsMonth-End & Year-End ClosingsAssist with month-end and year-end closingComplete bank reconciliationsReview and prepare 1099 tax documentsQualifications - What You Bring To The Table:Driven Achiever - You achieve results through your strong work ethic and daily determinationAccuracy - You have strong attention to detail and are self-driven to see tasks through to finishEducation - Associate degree in Accounting or related fieldExperience - Minimum of 2 years related accounting experienceTechnology User - Microsoft Office (Microsoft Great Plains is a plus!) and Excel data entryWhat We Offer:Health, Dental, Life, and Vision InsurancePTO (12 days/96 hours)401(k) w/ 3% MatchProfit Sharing Incentive BonusFun Committee and Wellness TeamPaid Training/Educational AssistanceTHE PEOPLE!Why Nesnah Ventures:At Nesnah, we're not just about numbers; we're about people.
