Primary Responsibilities:
Perform detailed account reconciliations and analyses, prepare
journal entries and review accounting classifications, in
accordance with GAAP
Perform various accounting functions including travel expense
accounting, accounts receivable and WIP revenue, accounts payable,
corporate credit card and bank reconciliations
Active participant in month end closing process, financial
statement review, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Support the development of annual budgets and perform budget
tracking functions
Respond to ad hoc requests and participate in special projects as
needed
Prepare, process, and analyze financial records and reports related
to Inventory and Lease Accounting
Assist in preparing associated journal entries and account
reconciliations
Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations for
month-end close process
Prepare journal entries as needed
Perform preliminary financial statement review and analysis
Participate in special projects as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field
with 1+ years of accounting experience in reconciliation and
analysis/Or an Associate's Degree in Accounting with 3+ years of
accounting experience in reconciliation and analysis
1+ years of experience with government contracts, Federal
Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards
(CAS)
Accounting experience handling regulated entities
Knowledge of general accounting with a solid understanding of GAAP
and integrated accounting systems
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills utilizing functions, such as
v-lookups, and creating pivot tables
Preferred Qualifications:
Public accounting experience
Healthcare experience
Experience with process improvement and documentation of
procedures
Costpoint Accounting System experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only : The salary range
for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for
Connecticut/Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based
on several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
