I am currently working with a well-known food manufacturer that has been providing fresh locally processed, high-quality products for 30 years. They are actively searching for a Production Supervisor to add to their leadership team! You get to work with and lead an awesome production team making high quality dairy products in a state-of-the-art facility in the greater La Crosse, WI area.

Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
Collaborate with other night shift departments.
Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution
2 years of experience in management within a dairy or pasteurization facility
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity working with data management programs.
- Strong understanding of GMP's and Food Safety
