Deliver expert care in general surgery, trauma, and surgical
critical care across inpatient and emergency settings Provide
team-based and individual coverage for a high-volume Level 1 Trauma
Center Participate in clinical research and academic initiatives to
advance surgical science Contribute to education and mentorship of
residents, fellows, and medical students Maintain high-quality
documentation and ensure compliance with institutional and legal
requirementsQualifications MD or DO with board certification or
eligibility in General Surgery Successful completion of fellowship
training in Surgical Critical Care or Acute Care Surgery Eligible
for medical licensure in Minnesota Strong surgical skills with
facility in robotic surgery preferred Demonstrated achievement or
potential in clinical research, particularly in data science/AI
